Refund policy

At KOUE.WE, we take great care in creating each piece. If you experience a sizing issue, we’re happy to assist with an exchange.

Returns & Refunds?

We currently do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.

Size Exchanges?

We offer exchanges only in case of size issues, subject to product availability.

Please note:

• Exchanges are allowed only for the same product style and design.
• Each piece is eligible for a one-time size exchange only.
• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• All exchanged items will undergo a quality check once received by us. Exchanges will only be processed after approval.
• Products that do not pass the quality check will not be eligible for exchange and will be shipped back to the customer.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping charges incurred while sending the product back for exchange.

Credit Notes

If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note equivalent to the product value will be issued.

Please note:

• Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Credit notes can be used only for future purchases made on our website.
• Credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A credit note can only be issued once per order/item.

Sale & Custom Orders

All sale items and custom-made pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging so our team can assist you promptly.
